Windows 10: Issue with Minecraft for windows 10 master pack

Hi Guys,



I could really do with some help. I have bought my son his first laptop for Christmas and I have

purchased Minecraft for windows 10.





I have added the Laptop as a device and can be seen below.





When I try to install on a device I get an error message telling me that there are no applicable devices linked to the account.






I have tried everything but I cannot get this to work.


Please help!

I would suggest you to follow these steps:

Open Start

Type: cmd

Right click CMD

Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type:

net user administrator/active:yes

Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

Do you have the latest cumulative updates for Windows 10 1803 installed?

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Minecraft

Select it

Click Advanced options

Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

If that does not work...

download the following utility and use it to remove Minecraft:

why i cant install Minecraft Master Collection onto my window 10?

i'm able to install the Minecraft Trial but not the purchased Minecraft master collection.

anyone facing this issue?

Minecraft windows 10 master collection would not download to pc. It said no device found. This is a brand new pc and is completely up to date.
