Windows 10: Issue with my Keyboard when i plug my X Box controller

So i don't know how to describe the whole issue but it happens only when i plug my x box controller with my laptop using cable so the issue is when i plug my xbox controller my laptop's keys working abnormal like all keys funcuwith the windows key without pressing the windows key like opening explore with Win+E so when i plug the xbox the explorer open only with pressing the key E and and all other keys working same without pressing the window keyokay my best to describe the issue and i know my English is not good so i shre the video linkissue link posted on YouTube because there is no open to

            Did you update the driver for the keyboard?

            Are you facing any other issue with the keyboard?
            

I would suggest you to follow these steps and try to run the Hardware troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X on the keyboard.
• Click on Control panel.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Control panel
  search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on View all.
• Click on Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue still persists, Uninstall and Reinstall the Keyboard Drivers.

Uninstall the Keyboard Drivers

• 
  Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Keyboard from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select
  that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.

X-Box Elite controller cant connect with Bluetooth

Hi Guys i bought my controller several months ago and still can't find the way to connect it using Bluetooth. I have already tried to use steps that were written by guys from microsoft but it didn't help. I am using Win 10, BT version 8 and my x box one
elite controller. Any suggestions?
