Windows 10: Issue with my OS WINDOWS 10

I have purchased a DELL Inspion 5590 model and my service tag is 3G39D33. This laptop is just a month old. Due to performance issue I have installed a SSD and upgraded the RAM. However, the guy who did this work deleted the recovery OS from the laptop and now I can’t reinstall it in my system. I have contacted both DELL and Microsoft and they sent me links through which windows 10 can be reinstalled trough USB. I have tried several times to reinstall windows 10 through bootable USB but it didn’t work. While booting the system is recognizing th USB but on the last page where I need to install windows it is showing error: “a media driver you’re your computer needs is missing”. I have tries with three different USBs and used both the links sent by DELL and Microsoft but it didn’t work. Right now, I am stuck with my computer without any OS. Can you please help? How to fix this issue and how can I reinstall my licensed Windows 10.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
