    Hello, I'm encountering an issue with my Saramonic Headsets on Windows 11, and despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot, I haven't been able to find a solution. I've tried updating drivers, checking the device manager, and exploring various online resources, but unfortunately, nothing seems to work. It's frustrating, especially considering that many suggest reverting to Windows 10 for better compatibility with such devices. However, since the period for reverting has expired on my computer, that's not an option.I've previously reached out to Microsoft support for assistance, and even had a su

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue issue with my Saramonic Headsets on Windows 11 :p

    Thank you for the feedback. Since you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in the article, it's possible that the issue lies with the hardware or it's driver. To assist you further, please provide the following information:

    • Have you tried the headset on a different Windows 10 computer?
    • Have you tried connecting a different headset on your PC?

    We suggest that you contact the manufacturer of your PC to check the headset jack for issues. Also try to reach out to the manufacturer of your headset to
    check if they have a new driver for the recent Windows 10 updates.

    Headset not working

    Hello,



    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    For further clarity on the issue and to guide you accordingly, respond to the questions listed below:



    1. What is the make and model of the headset?
    2. What is the make and model of the PC?
    3. Have you tried using the headset in a different audio port?
    4. Have you tried using the headset on a different PC?


    As you have mentioned you have tried some steps, may I know, what are the troubleshooting steps you have tried?



    Also, if you are using a headset with built in Microphone, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.



    1. Right click on the Speaker icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
    2. Click on Sounds and under
      Recording
      Devices select the Microphone.
    3. Click on Properties and select
      Listen
      tab.
    4. Check the box Listen to this device.
    5. Now select the Default Playback Device under
      Playback through this device menu.
    6. Click on Apply and then OK.
    7. Click on OK.
