Windows 10: Issue with powerpoint add-in and microsoft account

I am using my powerpoint that is on my personal Microsoft account. I added a "Pidgeonhole Live" add-in. My survey/poll slides were imbedded in my powerpoint presentation and were working just fine. I got into my presentation last night to practice before my presentation tomorrow and now those slides say "To use this add-in sign-in with your personal Microsoft account" and then it has my personal email. I am already signed into my Microsoft account on that email on the web. But I hit the sign-in button on the slide and nothing happens. This is on all my survey slides! Help! My presentation is t

PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
most of the time it works to me. *Smile

1. May I know, if you are facing this issue on all the other sound applications as well?
2. Do you get any error code or error message when you try to record the audio?

We will have to try few troubleshooting steps to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

Open Windows voice recorder and try to record any audio and check if that works.
