Windows 10: Issue with Quick Assist for Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19044

I have a user, that I am trying to assist using Quick Assist, who gets the following message after entering my code: "We're sorry, but Quick Assist service isn't working right now. Please try again later."The computer is up to date and we tried reinstalling the app. We waited a day, and tried again with no success.Any idea of how to address that issue? My Quick Assist works with other users

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Win-10 Pro Quick Assist app shortcut

I'm currently running a system with Win-10 Pro version 20H1, along with Open Shell 4.4.131 UI shell running normally. While this OS installation already has Windows Quick Assist already installed as I have confirmed, I was wondering if there was anyway to create a shortcut to Quick Assist app since it doesn't appear on the Open Shell Apps menu which I've never touched or modified and rarely use. Would be useful to have a shortcut to put into Open Shell or the IE Quick Launch bar at the bottom of the Windows desktop. Thanks for any suggestions.

However, you can try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

Method 1: Re-registering the app

1. Type PowerShell on the search bar.
   
2. Right click on PowerShell and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Type the following command and press Enter:
   
   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
4. Once the process is completed, restart the computer and search for Quick Assist.
   

Method 2: Creating new user account

You can create a new user account and check if you are able to open Quick Assist.
To create a new user account please follow the steps from L: Create a local user
or administrator account in Windows 10.
