Windows 10: issue with Realtek High Definition Audio After updating win 10 to the last virgin

i restarted my computer after getting a notification to restart my laptop to finish update. and installing

Realtek High Definition Audio

Then i find out their is something wrong about the voice its not great and feels like very low quality

i dont know what is wrong


my system

Realtek High Definition Audio not working

First of all, the Realtek High Definition Audio Device did not automatically reinstall after uninstalling and rebooting. I had to go into Add Legacy Software and select it to install. The Device Manager crashed while installing it, which it always does.
Upon starting it up again, the Device is there, but with a warning sign next to it indicating it is not functional.

Second of all, when I did the rest of the steps, the Driver Manager told me specifically that the drivers for Realtek High Definition Audio Device are up to date.

Welcome and thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

1) Go to Device Manager and find the Realtek High Definition etc in the device list. I'm sure you've been here a few times already.

2) Then right click and choose Update Driver Software.

3) Then click Browse my computer...

4) Then choose let me pick.

5) You'll get 2 or three options.

6) Choose the generic High Definition Audio. Let it install those drivers. Then reboot and check if it helps.
