Windows 10: Issue with self-enabling Memory Integrity and driver for USB Camera

Hi,I have a problem with an older driver for USB Camera version from 2015, unfortunately, it is impossible to use newer version and Windows 11. When Memory Integrity in Core Isolation is enabled, then the driver is seen as missing or damaged code 39 in Device Manager. To use the camera I have the Memory Integrity disabled, however sometimes the registry key Enabled value is changed to 1 which enables the Memory Integrity the next time the computer is started up for example after update of the Windows 11 system.I tried installing the driver using diagnostic mode of Windows 11, but it did

Hi Kurnn,

I haven't tried deleting the files as of yet because I need my laptop for work, and I don't want to risk causing any stability issues in the meantime.

It's all a bit puzzling because my memory integrity setting was enabled before I intentionally disabled it for 64-bit virtualisation.

I'm also sure the drivers listed above were present whilst Memory Integrity was enabled before. I suspect there will be no conflict when I get the setting re-enabled. Could there be a solution which involves temporarily disabling the drivers so my system doesn't detect them whilst I re-enable memory integrity?

Autoruns lists each driver with a checkbox alongside, but disabling them had no effect, and my system still detects the conflicting drivers.

I appreciate the suggestion, but could there be another way, before I resort to deleting system files?

Can't Enable Memory Integrity - Huawei Drivers

I can't enable Memory Integrity cuz of incompatible drivers. I have a Huawei phone. How do I uninstall them? The drivers are:

• ew_usbccgpfilter.sys
• hw_cdcacm.sys
• hw_quubmdm.sys
• hw_usbdev.sys
• hw_cdcacm.sys
• hw_quubmdm.sys
• ew_usbdev.sys

How to enable memory integrity due to incompatible driver csrbc.sys?

Hi Roger,

The file csrbc.sys seems to be the USB dongle driver. If you no longer use the hardware, you can delete the driver.

Open an Admin Command Prompt and run:

• SC.EXE DELETE CSRBC
  

Alternatively, you can delete the driver using Autoruns.

• Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals (Run Autoruns as administrator, find the csrbc.sys entry, and delete it)
