Windows 10: Issue with turning off Work & School access

Hello, First the background, as that has to do with this issue. I got my Surface Pro 2017 from a friendit was new from the MS store as she exchanged her sons SP that was damaged. She set it up with her account info but never used it, nor did her son. But then she gave it to me as her son didnt need it for school anymore. I then set it up with my MS account. Her name is still showing up in the C: Drive > Users, but theres nothing in there. My user name is in there too for both Admin and my regular user account, and thats where all my stuff is. Ok, so the issue: After I signed onto my ADMIN account, I got a notification that I had to fix something on my MS account. I clicked the notification and it took me to the Shared Experiences in Settings. All I had to do was sign onto my MS account and it said all was good. But then I saw there were two things that Ive given access to, one is my MS account, and the other is Work & School (it's like that on my regular user account too). I dont need Work & School and clicked on that to stop giving access. It then opened up my browser and asked me to sign onto my MS account again. I did so, but then I got an Access Denied pageit said it doesnt support using MS account and to contact the work or school organization that assigned the account. So I think it wants her sons school account logon? It was a MS logon window though. I can get the info from my friend, but why do I have to sign on with her sons account to turn off giving access if the machine is all set up with my MS account now? Shouldnt his school account be tied to his MS account and not mine on the machine? Before I bother my friend for the account info, I wanted to first understand what is going on with all of this, and to see if there was something else I could do on my end to solve this issue. Oh and by the way, I turned off Nearby Sharing and also Share Across Devices, so not sure who is getting access to my MS Account and Work & Schoolwhat does giving access mean - giving access to whom? How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
