Windows 10: Issue with Wifi and Bluetooth connection.

Whenever I have to attend a class, or a meeting on my laptop I have to use my Bluetooth earphones because my laptop's mic isnt good enough. But whenever I try attending meetings like on ZOOM, Google meet etc. the WiFi keeps on disconnecting on its own. It is really problematic because it hampers with a lot of things. This usually happens during the classes or meetings. Normally, If my earphones are connected to laptop and even the wifi is on, this thing doesnt happen. It only happens when I have to use the earphones for the classes.

Lumia 640 XL WiFi and Bluetooth issues

i'm running win 10 1607

i have i did a speed test when I'm connected to skype (wifi) with a Bluetooth headset and the WiFi set to wpa2/wpa. the WiFi speed drops below 1Mbps.

the speed is normal without Bluetooth.

I can't use my Bluetooth device with wifi the speed deteriorates too much.

Step 1: Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth accessories.

Step 2: There are two terms regarding Bluetooth: pairing and connecting. Pairing is the introduction of one device to another. Once paired, they will stay in each other’s memory until manually erased. Once a device
is paired, the headset can then connect to that device to receive audio or voice from the device.

• Go into the device's paired list and manually select the Bluetooth.
  
• You may need to clear your paired list in your headset and re-pair your headset to your device.
  
• To clear your paired list in your headset, follow these steps: on the headset, press and hold the call and volume – buttons for 10 seconds
  
• The headset will revert to discoverable mode (slowly blinking LED), allowing you to re-pair the computer you want connect.

connection Issue with WiFi

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
