Windows 10: Issue with Windows RE not allowing any troubleshoot options

Hi there!Earlier this week, I turned my monitors on and tried to wake my computer from sleep, only to have a black screen. In a hurry, I quickly restarted my PC and ran into an issue that has caused me quite a headache. I encounter a BSOD with error code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Windows then sends me into the RE where I'm greeted with a slew of options. 1 When I run Startup Repair: "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC // Press "advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC..."2 When I try Uninstall Updates:Uninstall latest quality update:"We ran into a problem and won't be able

'Allow a device to connect' is greyed out

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your USB Port. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top
  right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check the Bluetooth Settings and check if it helps.

  Open Control Panel by clicking the
  Windows + X,
  
• 
  In the Control Panel search box, type
  Bluetooth, and then click Change Bluetooth settings.
  
• 
  In the Bluetooth Settings dialog box, click the
  Options tab and do any of the following:

  To make your computer discoverable to Bluetooth enabled devices, select the check box for
  Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.
  
• 
  To allow you to add Bluetooth enabled devices to your computer, select the check box for
  Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
  
• 
  To be notified when a Bluetooth enabled device is trying to connect to your computer, select the check box for
  Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

No administer accounts detected by troubleshoot options?!

We can see here that you cannot access the computer's recovery option. To better assist you with this concern, may we know the following:

• Any changes made on the computer prior to this concern?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Can you send us a screenshot with the error message?

In the meantime, we suggest that you create another local account (administrator) and check if you will still experience the same issue. This will help us isolate if the issue is with the current account or with the computer itself.
