Windows 10: Issue with windows trying to load and going to a black/white screen

I built a new PC earlier this year and it ran great for a few month but recently it started giving me a problem that I can't seem to fix and it's only getting worse it seems.Parts:Asrock B650m riptide wifiAsus dual 4070 super2tb samsung M.2Ruzen 9 7900xCorsair vengance DDR5 64gbPSU RM850eWindows 11 proAnd I use a UPS from tripp-lite but that's never beyond half load so that shouldn't be part of the issueIt was originally set to fast boot in UEFI but it started acting funny so I turned it off, then it switched to when I turn it on it will start signing in my account automatically but stays load

Windows update black screen with white loading

I have this update issue, my laptop tries to start up, but only stays black screen, with the white loading graphic. Ive read about fixes, but heres dilemma. My laptop monitor hasnt worked for about two years, so ive been using it hooked to another monitor,
or my tv. So when i try to start it, the monitor/tv will detect the laptop, show the black screen, then say unusable signal. So, im not sure if i can get into safe mode, or control it any way. Any suggestions?
