Windows 10: Issues activating Windows 10 Pro

I recently purchased Windows 10 Pro, and am trying to activate it, but I am getting an error that says "We can't activate Windows on this device as the previous version of Windows was not activated prior to upgrading to Windows 10. Go to the store to buy genuine Windows. Error code: 0x803F7001." I'm trying to just buy a product key in the Store, to save myself the trouble of trying to figure it out, but I can't find them. Please help!

Windows 10 pro

I need to change my motherboard, have windows 10 pro. When i google how to it says go to activation then add an account, my issue is there is no add an account option under activation? Or am I in the wrong window?



Not sure how to proceed, ive googled it and the same results. Do I have an OEM or? On the disk sleave it says OEI DVD?
