    Issues after KB5018410 Installed, Slow System and Jumpy Mouse


    after this update took quite a while to install, I'm now having issues with my system running slow and the mouse reacts very slow, jumpy. I replaced the battery already 2x just to make sure that wasn't the issue. Seems to get slightly better once the system is running for while but I can barely use mouse until then.Suggestions?

    Jumpy Mouse Pointer

    Using an HP wireless mouse with my HP desktop. The pointer is slow to respond to mouse movement and is jumpy when I try to get to something to click on. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling driver, running troubleshooter, and updating driver. None of those
    worked. It's really slowing me down and making the use of my PC unpleasant. Please help.

    Mouse jumpy scrolling

    Try the jumpy ones on another PC with dongle as close to mouse as possible and other USB devices disconnected and use latest mouse drivers from manufacturers.

    Do you have cats watching these jumpy mice? *chuckle
