Windows 10: Issues after restoring the notebook to its factory settings.

Greetings, Microsoft community. Recently I had to restore my notebook to its factory settings deleting everything and rendering it brand new it entered an "error-and-restart loop" state and after trying every option available that was the only solution. Ever since then I'm experiencing a couple of issues that have never been there before. - The start sound and the login screen are now not synced. Before the restoration both of them happened at the same time, now the login screen appears seconds after the start sound. This in particular doesn't happen when I do a clean start deactivating non

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
