Windows 10: Issues connecting Akai EWI usb device to win 10

Hi , I have issues connecting Akai EWI usb MIDI device to win 10 after update. Have tried the driver update and windows update , tried usb audio drivers but still not successful. Had managed to connect device in 2020 but after every other successive win 10 update / upgrade the problem is come back and shows as usb device not recognized.Below is message on device manager properties:Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43 A request for the USB device descriptor failed.Any direction will be help.Thanks.

enter.

c) Click on Hardware and sound.

d) Click on Hardware and device and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to download and install chipset driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.
