Windows 10: Issues connecting Sony WH-CH720N Bluetooth headphones to a Windows 11 laptop.

Hi,I'm experiencing issues connecting a pair of Sony WH-CH720N Bluetooth headphones to a Windows 11 laptop. To summarise:1 The laptop is completely up to date as far as updates and drivers are concerned. 2 The headphones are on the latest version of firmware. 3 I have attempted to pair the headphones with the laptop but the device is not discovered. 4 I have attempted a reset of the headphones plug into charger, press Power and NC together with no effect. 5 I can connect the laptop via Bluetooth to a JBL Flip 6 speaker and a Panasonic SC-DM502 music system. 6 I can connect the headphon

Sony WH-CH710N not recognised on Windows 11 laptop

I just recently got a completely new Windows 11 laptop a couple of weeks before Christmas, and a pair of Sony WH-CH710N Bluetooth headphones for Christmas. I was super excited to try them as they are a necessity for schoolwork during free periods.

However, when I have tried to add them as a new device they never appear on the Bluetooth screen whereas my AirPods do. The sony headphones work on my Galaxy S9 so it's not the Bluetooth connection with the headphones themselves.

I have tried everything, including even attempting to connect the headphones to my phone and then connecting the phone to my laptop to perhaps maybe trade them over (My phone is connected to the laptop with bluetooth and the microsoft account). The sony headphones also came with a wire so they don't need to be wireless all the time and this fully works with connecting to the laptop, but bluetooth connection does not.

Please someone help asap I'm desperate.

 

Bluetooth Audio Output/Input for Sony WH-1000XM4 Not Working

I have the same problem with Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones with my Windows 11 PC. It was working all fine and suddenly stopped working.

The device connects via bluetooth and is detected by the PC, the sound is coming fine, but its not enabling the microphone.

1. Checked all microphone settings to ensure those are enabled.
   
2. The headphone works fine on other devices - so no problem with the headphone itself
   
3. I have already reset the headphone and paired from scratch - still the problem is not resolved
   
4. Updated all the drivers - still the problem is not resolved.
   
5. I tested a different bluetooth headphones with the PC and it works fine.
   

So the problem is specific to Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones with Windows 11 PC and it started happening after an update around late April.

 

Connect bluetooth headphones

I can't connect my Bluetooth headphones to my laptop.

The headphones are Sony WH-CH500 and the computer is Asus X507UA

Can you help me please?
