Windows 10: Issues detecting external monitors with HP Docking Station on windows 11 Laptop

Hi all,I have a HP monitor HP E24u G4 FHD USB-C and a HP laptop HP Elitebook 830 G8 that runs on Windows 11. Both my laptop and monitor work perfectly when connected to each other.I have just bought a HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. When I connect my HP monitor to my HP docking station, it is not detected. The keyboard and mouse both non-HP products are detected. I have updated the drivers but it's still not working.I'm getting this message when I connect my docking station "display connection might be limited". Can someone help? Windows 11 HP laptop not detecting external monitor using J5 docking station. Changed hdmi cable and replaced docking station. Will not display on HP external monitor.

 

Issues detecting external monitors with Dell Docking Station on windows 11 Laptop

Hi Team,

I am having issue with windows 11 and dell docking station. I have updated the windows and install all the firmware recommended from dell support for the docking station, but still docking station is not detecting the external monitors and not charging the laptop. On the other hand mouse and Ethernet port is working fine on docking station. The laptop is Dell i5 (Vostro 15 3530) and docking station is Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TB.

I have disconnected power from the dock and press the power button for 30 seconds to drain the battery and then turn on the docking station after 3 lights flashes connected to laptop still no luck issue persist.

Can you please help me regarding the same. I have tried everything but still not able to make it work. This is for one of my client and they are asking to fix it asap.

Windows 10 upgrade last night. Now HP elitebook 8440p with docking station does not detect external monitor. Drivers say they are correct and updated.
