Windows 10: Issues encountered after Cumulative update KB5023702 for Workstations and KB5023697 for...

Dear Support TeamAs was discussed previously, sending you the detailed information on our issue.After the last update by Microsoft Cumulative update KB5023702 for Workstations and KB5023697 for Servers the McAfee ESM log-reader is no longer able to collect logs from WMI. Our log-reader account which collect logs from WMI have a domain admin permission. We guess there is some special security updates on the last patch ,that’s why windows blocked ESM account.We just want to know if it possible to solve the issue by some new update , or can you give us some advice how can we solve t

Cumulative update issue

Hello!

As usual I checked for updates.. it showed a list to download and install.. After downloading, windows failed to install cumulative update for windows version 1909.. I tried to solve by using 'Have a question' option.. I tried every steps which were mentioned
in 'Get Help' window.. still no solution..

it shows

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.

2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x80073701"

please help me to solve this issue..

After installing updates 2023.03.14 - Explorer does not open downloaded files (KB5023697, KB5023788)

Removing KB5023697 resolved problem. But windows installing its again. How to block this update?

I suggest you to uninstall the Cumulative update and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Go to control panel, then click on
  Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Tap on View installed updates, then find the update.
  
• 
  Right click on the update and uninstall the update.
  

And also you can temporarily disable the
Cumulative update.
