Windows 10: Issues exiting insider builds

Hello.recently, My windows 10 computer has been constantly urging me to upgrade to windows 11 in settings, and when i go to restart, it shows as an option to update and restart. Me thinking this is a windows 10 update I click it, for it to run to windows 11.So I’ve stopped clicking it and get reminders that look something like thisYour computer needs to update. Restart now Remind me later. I click remind me later and then it says thisYour computer must updateRestart. CancelI click cancel,.I figure this is to do with me being part of insider, so I will try to tu

This issue might be caused by system conflict. We suggest trying to stop the Windows Insider Builds by following the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• Choose Settings then select Update & security.
• Click on Windows Insider Program then choose Stop Insider builds.

Let us know if this works for you.

 

I set Win Update to Discontinue to Receive Insider Builds and there is no gui setting to begin receiving them
