Windows 10: Issues Getting stuff from the Microsoft Store

I just setup a few more user accounts on Win10. I'm pretty sure I had them all setup correctly but I can't seem to download anything on the 2 new accounts. There setup for my 2 youngest kids and don't want them on my desktop. Mostly because all the crap they download irritates me. LOL. But anyhow, this is the screen I get and I can't proceed.





Any ideas?

Forza Horizon 3 Ordering Problems (PC)

I also tried buying something else from the Windows store, and also through the browser at the Microsoft store, nothing works, i either get "SVC-CreateOrder" error, or "SVC-Hydrateget" errors, and also "SVC-UpdateOrderState" errors.

I did a fresh Windows 10 install, i created a new Microsoft Account just in case, nothing works.

So it's either 2 things, either the store has serious issues with buying and handling transactions, or it has a regional block in the Netherlands that prevents me from buying stuff? and thanks to these issues, i can't get the FH3 Ultimate Edition in time
and get my bonuses of the game, it's ridiculous.

By any chance do you have UAC off? If so, try turning it on. No guarantees...

Actually, I figured it out. I just had to sign into the new Microsoft account I had setup for my son. I went through the different settings related to the account and downloads. After I setup a few things there I went back to the Windows store and the downloads all worked. I just wish there was some kind of warning to check the setup of your Microsoft account. It was really that simple.
