Windows 10: Issues logging into any MS apps on my Surface Laptop 7, stuck in an endless loop of...

I have a Surface Laptop 7, purchased in December. Up until about 2 weeks ago, it worked great. Now, I am unable to login into any of the Microsoft Apps, including but not limited to Copilot, OneDrive, Outlook native app, Feedback Hub, Microsoft Store, Edge, and Word. I use 1Password and have signed into outlook.com, accounts.microsoft.com, etc. on the laptop. I am able to use services like Copilot, OneDrive, Excel, and Outlook on my mobile device, tablet, and Mac computer.The issue is clearly with the signing process, end up on an endless loop of entering my password and being asked to enter

ms money sunset on endless compacting file loop with win10

Have just installed Win10 64 bit ,to find MS Money wont start (IE 6 not installed warning )

found first fix and edited reg with IE version as suggested

But MS money still wont load and is stuck in an endless compacting file loop , normally only see this when closing money

Any ideas for a fix , certainly don't want to lose my MS money app

Also has anyone checked that the python scripts to download stock prices still work in win10 ?
