Windows 10: Issues regarding losing wireless connection and not being able to download software for it...

I am having the same issue so many are having with my Dell Inspiron losing its Wireless connection. There are numerous issues reported and no fix. It’s between Microsoft, Dell, and Intel. I cannot even download the needed driver without encountering the message download forbidden. I have tried every single thing suggested in the years of threads. I called Dell and they are no help at all. I know the next computer I purchase will not be a Dell due to the company refusing to acknowledge the years of complaints on this identical issue. Can Microsoft rule out any issues on their end or suggestions

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Did you see a red cross on the Network Icon near the Action center? In Spite tried connecting to different network or IP address.
• Have you installed any third party security application?

Not able to connect wireless display

Hi Madhu,

For us to provide a solution suited to your wireless display concern, we need additional information. Can you answer the questions below?

• Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue?
• Did you update your Windows?
• Have you tried other troubleshooting steps so far?

In the meantime, we suggest updating your wireless driver and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Look for Network adapterand click it to expand.
  
• 
  Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.
  
• 
  Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver button to update the driver.

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:
