Windows 10: issues signing into xbox.com

I was trying to create a new realm on Minecraft but it gave me an error and told me to check my privacy settings and whatnot. So I did yet the damn website wont even let me sign in. Everytime I click sign in, it brings me back to the same exact page. I click sign in again, brings me back. Again and again and again. I cleared my cache, checked for corrupt files, tried signing in on my phone whereas I was using my PC, STILL did the endless loop of signing in. Sometimes it actually lets me put my information down, but then after I put everything down it sends me back once again.Please help me.
