Windows 10: Issues Updating 2022-11 Cumulative Update KB5019961

I have been trying to update the 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5019961 for a while now. Went through online forums and nothing seems to help. The update window will download the update. However, when the update is ready to be installed, the computer will restart several times and indicate that there was a problem with the installation of the update. Any way that this can be fixed? Importantly, the update status is annoying always reminding me to update the software, but it will never update due to whatever issues that is going on. Any assistance is much app
