    Issues while sign in to OneDrive using Personal Microsoft account


    Hello All,


    I'm on a windows 10 account at work, with a full 365 suite active, corporate onedrive active etcetc.


    In my windows explorer, I have also added my personal (@live.com) onedrive account to be able to sync some private data once in a while aswell. The onedrive for work does everything it should do nice and reliable. However, the private onedrive keeps trying to sign in for hours now. It does not report an error even though it can't connect and I don't find a way to try to fill in my @live.com account and pass again to see if I can solve this.


    What could solve this issue? Is there a way I could fix this from a web-browser version of Onedrive?

    Please follow the steps to contact OneDrive support for further assistance on adding personal account to OneDrive.



    1. Login to OneDrive.com.
    2. Click the ? Help icon on the top banner of the page.
    3. Select Email OneDrive support for the further assistance.

    Cannot sign in microsoft account.

    My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
    I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
    and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6. Issues while sign in to OneDrive using Personal Microsoft account :(

    Any suggestion?
