Windows 10: Issues with a locked excel file that keeps staying locked.

I have an issue where there is an excel sheet that keeps getting locked. I've forced closed it through computer management and reboot the server and all workstations that access to that file. It's happening on multiple workstations and with different users. I've also saved a copy and renamed it and then tried to edit and save and I get the same error that it's locked. I've check the permissions and made sure everyone has full access. It seems to be some sort of process or service that keeps locking this file. I was able to open it once make changes and save it. Then opened it again and it show

Locked print setting doesn't stay in Excel

In printing preferences, we have changed the job type to Locked Print (the default is Normal Print) so that we are forced to enter a code on our Ricoh printer to retrieve our documents. Word and Outlook keep this preference saved, but Excel does not. When
I go to print an Excel spreadsheet, I do not need to put my code in the printer and I see the job type is set to Normal Print. If I change it to Locked Print, it will stay for that print job, but if I close Excel and open it again, it goes back to Normal Print.

 

Lock Screen keeps changing

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

Lock screen woes

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.
