Windows 10: Issues with Audio and Video Playback when Connecting to Bluetooth

I have issues with video playback when I connect my computer to a bluetooth audio output device. This happens in all browsers and across all applications. The following happens when:Audio or video playback is currently ongoing, but no bluetooth device is connectedWith audio or video playback continuing, I attempt to connect a bluetooth device usually headphones to my laptopAfter bluetooth is connected, video and audio playback completely fail across all applications. Audio playback device disappears when connected via bluetooth

Hello,

If your Nothing Ear (2) wireless earphones are not showing up under audio input/output when connected, you may want to try the following steps:

1. Make sure that your device is properly paired with your computer via Bluetooth.
   
2. Check if the earphones are set as the default audio device. You can do this by going to the Sound settings on your computer and selecting the Playback tab. Right-click on an empty space and make sure that the option “Show Disabled Devices” is enabled or checked. Once you see the earphones under Playback, select them and then set them as default.
   
3. If the issue persists, try restarting your computer and/or resetting your earphones. Also, make sure that these earphones are compatible with laptops in the product description.

1) Does this issue occur while playing video from the local drive?

I suggest you to run the video troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Type Troubleshooting in the search box and click
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  In the left pane click on View all and Select
  Troubleshoot Audio Playback.
  
• 
  Follow the prompted steps to troubleshoot this issue.
