Windows 10: Issues with bind from Alt, Shift and 2

So i basically whenever i press Shift this > shows in the text. Also when i press right shift or number 2 it shows this" . Never happened before, already checked sticky keys, the keyboard drives, and holding alt shift. Any information would be appreciated! Thank you.

[Sidewinder X6] Bind only Shift+Ctrl to macro key

Somehow, pressing Shift+Ctrl+Alt is the only way to bind macro keys in Sidewinder X6. This is done to prevent accidental key bindings. If you have some feedback/suggestions for the keyboard program, we recommend sending
a feedback to the Feedback hub. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

• On a Windows 10 device, search for “Feedback Hub” in Cortana search, then launch the app.
• Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press
  + Add new feedback.
• Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.
• Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or
  Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you’re done.
• Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
• Click Continue using Feedback Hub.
• Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).
• Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
• Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like Redirection Tools<unique link>)

[Sidewinder X6] Bind only Shift+Ctrl to macro key

Hello community,

i tried via the Mouse & Keyboard-Center for Microsoft to bind the key combination of Shift + Ctrl to the S6 button on my Sidewinder X6 Keyboard.

But it doesnt work because the program wants a combination of a "extrakey" (Shift, Alt, Ctrl) and a standardkey.

Is there any workaround to make this work?

There are a few reasons why "Left Alt + Shift" is suddenly stopped working on your computer. Since you mentioned that you already tried some troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you create a
Test Profile. From there, check if the issue occurs.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.
