Windows 10: Issues with BSOD Watchdog violation and missing nvlddmkm.sys driver file

Ive been getting A BSOD Watchdog violation error recently while gaming, on some games typically more demanding games like apex or overwatch or also just doing anything besides gaming like on the web everything is fine, but some smaller less demanding games like among us minecraft, brotato I get the error a few seconds or a few minutes loading it up. I searched the web for a solution and nothing worked till I finally looked at my memorydump file and found out its the nvlddmkm.sys file which is causing this, I then went to system 32 to find it and fix it, and I do not have it under my drivers it
