Windows 10: Issues with color profile on Asus Vivo Pro laptop Windows 10

Hello everyone! At first I have a problem with color shift after exporting from Lightroom and PS Windows 10. I have Asus VivoBook Pro m7600qc, ryzen 5600H, RTX3050 laptop. All drivers are update to last versions. For calibration I invite specialist 2 years ago. He used Х-rite i1Рro 2 Рublish and i1Disрlаy РRО. I checked everything and find that the only working color profile is sRGB IEC61966-2.1. Calibrated profiles d65 and d50 have washed, desaturared colors in FastStone Image Viewer and Photoshop when using Edit in button in Lightroom. In Lightroom colors are good with ever

Solution to ASUS Color Profile Issue

This is a solution to a problem I have been having for ages that I thought I should share with others. When logging in after Sleep or Hibernate, my ASUS Vivobook, which has an AMD Ryzen Vega 3 graphics chip, the color profile would change to be more yellowish than the standard Windows color scheme. Based on searches and fiddling I had narrowed it down to an issue with a service called ASUS Optimization. Disabling this service would fix the color issue, but also changed how the fn keys functioned. Then I came across this thread, which suggests deleting files in C:\ProgramData\ASUS\ASUS System Control Interface\AsusOptimization\Splendid. This did not work for me, but what did was editing the "USER_my_sp_data.sys" and changing ICMExist= from YES to NO. Finally, I had to change the file to Read Only to prevent Asus Optimization from overwriting it every time the computer restarted. I don't know how widespread this issue is, but it's so nice that I no longer have to open Display Settings every time I start my computer up to make the colors appear normal!

 

Windows Color Management Issue

With the issue you're having with your display color, I suggest that you calibrate. There may have been settings that is causing the issue and resetting them may solve this. Follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key on your keyboard, type Calibrate display color.
2. Follow the on screen instructions.

If the issue will not somehow improve, try to check with your monitor's color settings just to be sure.

Also, I'd like to clarify what monitor is having the issue with its display going to the 'other monitor'? I'd also like to ask for help in isolating the issue. Try to use the monitors one-by-one or have them pair up with one another. Like have BenQ paired
with Asus then have Alienware paired with Asus etc.

Laptop won't wake from sleep, and color profile issues
