    So I have a variety of issues which I have set out below and the actions I have taken, but I've now come to the opinion that there is some issue affecting programs/services connecting to the internet. I am definitely connected to the internet, but Windows Updater, Steam and Smartscreen all seem to have issues connecting properly.Can't open/update SteamI was originally having a problem with Steam, getting Steam Error Code 7 and unable to "Add friends". I tried restarting Steam, updating Steam, flushing the DNS cache, changing DNS server to Google Public DNS, and reinstalling Steam. But now ha
