Windows 10: Issues with Disc Based Games

I recently installed a game on my computer using a CD. I have recently uninstalled the game to reinstall it using custom settings rather than express but any time I double click the icon on the disc tray area it just starts the game as if it is still installed on my computer. Which means I cannot reinstall the game at all. Is there any solution as why the game still thinks it is installed and is still running like it is still installed when in fact it was completely uninstalled, and all left over files were removed?

Game installation issue

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
