Windows 10: Issues with DTS-X and RealTek Audio Console on Windows 10 20H2 version

So, I have Asus TUF A15 Ryzen 4800H/16GB RAM/1TB SSD/GTX 1660Ti and I had purchased it last year. It has Realtek Audio Console software and DTS-X software to handle sound management and quality. I wanted to know whether Windows 10 20H2 update has caused any issue with the Audio Jack or sound problem or the DTS-X software.Like in Windows 10 20H2 update, I am facing problem like sometimes there is no Audio output from the Audio Jack, and also when I run DTS-X software, sometimes it does not respond, sometimes when I select a sound mode from it, after selecting it, the Audio output from the Jac

all right I checkd your specifications your mobo and audio setup is :

• Realtek ALC889 codec
• High Definition Audio
• 2/4/5.1/7.1-channel
• Support for Dolby® Home Theater
• Support for S/PDIF Out

That doesn't necessary mean Dolby Digital Live ..if by any chance you have Dolby Digital Live and want to go with it you should use your manufacturers drives , however if this DHT is one of the Software solutions DAX 1 , 2 or whatever and you dont have DOlby Digital Live 5.1 surround to select that means only native DOLBY and DTS are sported as pass-through once such contest is detected but you wont gain all time 5.1 as you miss Dolby Digital LIve or DTS Interactive (gaming , music videos that are not Dolby or DTS ) in this case check my page :

read the instructions carefully EXPLORE THE PAGE and follow them step by step and it may be that you end up with full DTS Interactive and Dolby Digital Live on your board , as it is GIABYTE you have great chances ..ASUS unfortunately has issues with DTS interactive ongoing more then 6 months now and I start to believe that ASUS lost DTS Interactive licence and is drooped out of the game or they have issue that they are not aware off .

There are many driver and audio console updates, you didn't specify where you got them and which version it is.

The latest official one from Microsoft Update Catalog is 6.0.8849.1 realtek audio driver and 11.0.6000.736 realtek software components (which includes 11.0.600.736 realtek audio effects, 1.0.0.220 realtek audio universal service and 11.0.6000.204 realtek
hardware support application). Download them, upzip them and update all FOUR items in the device manager. Run Microsoft Store and you should see your Realtek Audio Console updating to 1.8.204.0.

Laptops also come with other audio enhancements applications like Dolby, DTS, Acer TrueHarmony, Creative SoundBlaster, Nahimic... The list goes on and on. You may have to track down updates for them.

Maybe. I tested on build 16184 with mod file from Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7, 8,10, page #1681. When I click on test a sound on DTS and DDL, no error( fail to a tone) .
