    Issues with DualShock 4 wireless controller


    After having small issues connecting my PS4 controller wirelessly, I accidentally deleted the PS4 ccontroller driver from my computer. Oddly enough, the controller still works most of the time, both plugged in and wirelessly. But sometimes it says "driver error" in Bluetooth & Other Devices and it won't 'connect at all. The problem occurs randomly and I just have to wait it out.How can I fix this? How can I install the driver again?

    • How about connecting other Bluetooth devices?
    • Is this issue specific to DualShock 4 controller gamepad?
    • Did you try connecting the same device on different computer?

    If you are using a DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller, you may refer to the link below for steps on how you can connect your controller via bluetooth.

    If you are using a desktop computer with no access to bluetooth, you need to have a bluetooth dongle device that serves as a bluetooth receiver for your computer.
