Windows 10: Issues with Internet on google chrome

So i have this problem. Any site i go into on google chrome doesent load even though i have internet. Youtube, wikipedia, my gmail, prime video, etc. Anything i try to access just loads and doesent work even though i have a stable internet connection. But when i turn on my VPN it all works fine. I can go into the sites normally and they work as if i had a normal internet connection. When i turn my VPN off its back to just loading. So i basically cant use chrome without my VPN turned on. And this has not been an issue before. Everything used to work fine but now all of a sudden something is cau

Google chrome doesn't react
