Hi everyone, I'm currently facing two issues with my MSI Creator Z16 laptop running Windows 11 Home. 1. Laptop Reset Error: I've been unable to reset my laptop recently, encountering an error each time I attempt to do so. Are there any troubleshooting steps or solutions to resolve this problem? 2. GPU Switching Problem: My laptop is not automatically switching to the NVIDIA GPU when running 3D visualization software and Adobe applications. Despite adjusting settings in the BIOS and NVIDIA Control Panel, the system continues to use the Intel graphics. Is there a way to fix this and ensure th

Getting BSOD VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL on MSI Creator Z16

Hi, thank you for that information, as per checking the new minidump files, it is still displaying dxgmms2.sys, which means there is still a problem on the GPU, technically the clean installation of Windows will be our last resort however, as per checking the logs, it doesn't provide any Windows related error, even we do clean installation that might still have the issue, is there any chance that you can remove the GPU and insert it to another PCIe slot on the motherboard?

Before doing that, let us eliminate any software problems, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: If all fails, you can run a clean installation of Windows, however, if the issue persists, I highly suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the Graphics card.

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
