Windows 10: Issues with Logging into Microsoft and Xbox Accounts Simultaneously

Hi,I am experiencing an issue with logging into my Microsoft and Xbox accounts. When I log into my Microsoft account on one tab, it works fine. However, when I attempt to log into the Xbox website in a new tab, I am immediately logged out of both sites. This problem occurs in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers, even in incognito/private mode.Here are the steps I have already taken to try to resolve the issue:Cleared cookies and cache in both Edge and Chrome.Disabled all browser extensions.Ensured that third-party cookies are allowed.Used private/incognito mode in both browsers.Trie

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.

QUeSTION: use a MS ACCOUNT to Log-In to Windows 10 on two computers simultaneously

I appreciate the troubleshooting you tried on the computer.

The issue could be because of Microsoft Account Services Conflicts on the computers.

I suggest you to log into each computer separately and check if you are able to login. If you have no problem logging into the computers separately, I suggest you to log into PC1 with the Microsoft Account and on PC2 I suggest you to disable all the Microsoft
Account Services and check if you are able you login simultaneously.

Hi,

To correct the issue, we suggest you to perform the steps below:

• Press Windows log key + S.
• Type User Accounts and click on it from the result.
• Click on Manage Another Account.
• If your son's account appears there, you can remove it and retain your account.
