Windows 10: Issues with my browsers.

I'm getting this weird codes on every sites. Due to it, I cant access most of the websites I usually visit. Can someone help me?
I think its a windows problem because it happens on every browser i use.​

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Changing default browser to IE and wifi issues

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  In desktop search, type default app settings and select the result.
  
• 
  Under Web browser, click the current browser (EDGE).
  
• 
  Choose Internet Explorer and set it as
  default.
