  1. issues with my network and online games

recently when I try to click hyperlinks they don't load sayin that it cant seem to reach the page would you like to search it on bing and when I say do so it tries to load and goes hmmm cant seem to load would you like to load bing using bing. but if I take that same link and put it in the browser it works fine. this for google chrome and windows edge. along with this two games I been playing that are online seem to have a problem as well. Rainbow six siege also seems to have issues after a match where it says synching data and after 5mins it just fails and let me play a new match. With vermintide 2 im not so lucky, when I go to load in sometimes it will take a while and then say sign in time out and kick me from the game, and when i do get in at the end of a match it will crash right before the end screen where it would give me loot, as crafting loot will crash my computer. I live in an apartment complex and none of my roommates seem to have the problem so it has to be my computer. I think its windows stopping information being asked for by programs.

    :)

    Issues with network adapters

    Hi Alfonso,

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue persists, kindly try the troubleshooting steps on the following link:

    .

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

  3. Network issues when a game is launched.

    Hi MichaelEngen,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

Appreciate your efforts to work on this issue.

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
    2. Have you performed a full PC virus scan recently?
    3. Is the PC up to date with all pending updates installed on the PC?
    4. Which game are you referring to?
    5. What is the make and model of the PC?
    6. When you say ‘logged out’, are you referring to the logout from the game or the PC?

We understand that though there is a good internet connection, you are facing issues while a game is launched.

Suggest you to troubleshoot wireless connection and check if that makes any difference. ‘Fix
    network connection issues in Windows
    ’.

Note: The steps to turn off a firewall depend on the firewall software you’re using. Check the documentation for your firewall software to learn how to turn it off. Make sure you turn it back on as soon as you can. Not having a firewall turned on makes
    your PC more vulnerable.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you got the help you needed.
