Windows 10: Issues with PC last days: "bugcheck was: 0x0000003b"

Hi,I have an issue with unstable errors which leads to "black screen of death" mostly just black screen and PC restarts.3 months ago I had a problem with RAM errors memtest had 10k+ errors at step 4 which has appeared randomly. In service they could not trace it back and reproduce. They just turned off XMP. I ended up getting this error out the blue:

This is the second time ever I have obtained a BSOD on this PC.

If someone can help me find out why my computer has been restarting on its own. I cant seem to find the reason as its been happening lately
