Windows 10: Issues with software not appearing on Start Menu

Hello,We have Windows 11 Edu Pro PC's, they were just Windows 10 Pro when purchased.We use Ergo Free2Teach network and classroom management software, we've had it since we were on Windows 7 back in 2009.I have noticed since Windows 10 that certain areas are not working correctly. It is time for us to move away from this software but I really want to try and resolve the following issues rather than finding an alternative. All the machines are in an OU called ICT Suite.Everything works fine for Staff Level 4-6 users but for children Level 1-3 users we are facing the issues. I have gone throu

• Have you installed all the pending updates on your system?
• Did you make any recent software/hardware changes to your computer?

As an initial troubleshooting step I would suggest you to install all the pending updates on your system and if you are using Microsoft account suggest you to sign out and sign in again and check if resolves the issue.

Games do not appear in Vista x64 start menu ?

this problem has been bugging me, i install games like crysis, COH , WIC and they do not appear in start menu , wats up ?
