Windows 10: Issues with the cameras in our laptop / external monitor

Hello,Since we moved to Windows 11 24h2, most of the users from our company more than 150 are experiencing issues with the camera from the external monitor or from the laptop.This is the hardware affecting:- Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 5- Lenovo ThinkPad X1- HP EliteBook 1040 G8I've seen that some users already opened this incidence via this: Windows Update for Business reports safeguard ID: 53340062Please, let me know what to do, as it is impacting our business with more than 200 users.

Dell Monitor Camera

I have a Dell Monitor hooked to a Dell XPS Laptop. I want to use the monitor camera not the laptop camera. I've tried the suggestions from a closed thread about activating the camera but when I try the steps it keeps going to the laptop camera.

Suggestions or am I asking the impossible.

 

Surface Laptop 3 with external monitor

Hi All,

Has anyone come across an issue with an external monitor blacking out while connected to a Surface Laptop 3? I have the laptop connected to a widescreen laptop with the Surface Dock. Both work fine however, once every hour or so the external monitor blacks out and comes back.

I've completed the following:

• Updated laptop drivers and firmware
  • Updated monitor drivers
  • Swapped out monitor

Monitors may not work as expected if the driver is not up-to-date. With this said, we suggest that you check if you have the latest drivers installed. In addition, we would like to ask some questions that may help us to isolate the issue.

• Does the external monitor work with your laptop before?
• Have you tried to connect the external monitor to your desktop?
• When did the issue start?
• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
