Windows 10: Issues with toolbar and settings and mouse click

My windows has various problems. My toolbar doesn't react when i click onto them, specifically search bar, windows tab, time and weather tab, and the wifi/volume tab. Also, I couldn't open my settings. Now, my laptop doesn't react to my mouse click, it can still hover and scroll but whenever i tried to click something, the whole page stops responding.

This issue might be due to the compatibility of the Office 97 toolbar application with Windows 10.
I suggest you to install the Office 97 toolbar application in compatibility mode and check.
Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

• Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Also, I suggest you to check with the Office 97 toolbar manufacturers once for any updates on the software.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Mouse lag

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.
