Windows 10: Issues with touchscreen after downloading NAPLAN locked down browser

I've just downloaded the Australian NAPLAN browser in preparation for the NAPLAN tests happening this year, but after trying to run and set up the software, I've noticed that I'm not able to use my touchscreen. While the browser was opening, it had network issues and wasn't able to connect to the server, and eventually froze, so I had to fully turn my laptop off.My touchscreen only works with my laptop pen, and I am only able to use multi-touch on my trackpad to a certain degree as the four-finger shortcut doesn't work.I've tried checking my drivers through windows tools, and there doesn't see

It sounds like the Naplan practice test may have caused some issues with your system settings. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the touchscreen and security options issue:

Check Device Manager: Go to Device Manager and check if there are any exclamation marks or warning signs next to the touchscreen or trackpad drivers. If there are, try updating or reinstalling the drivers.

System Restore: If the issue started after the Naplan practice test, you may try restoring your system to a point before the test was taken. This can be done by going to the Control Panel, then System and Security, then System, and clicking on System Protection. From there, select System Restore and choose a restore point prior to taking the test.

Group Policy Editor: It is possible that the settings in Group Policy Editor may have been modified during the Naplan test. To access Group Policy Editor, press Win+R, type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter. From there, navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del Options and check if "Remove Task Manager" and "Remove Lock Computer" policies are enabled. If they are, disable them.

Windows Settings: Go to Windows Settings, then Accounts, then Sign-in options and check if "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart" is turned on. If it is, try turning it off and restarting your computer.

Reset Windows: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset your Windows installation to its default settings. This can be done by going to Windows Settings, then System, then Recovery and selecting "Reset this PC". Keep in mind that this will remove all installed apps and files, so make sure to back up important data before doing this.

Hi, I recently had to do an Australian Naplan practice test in their lockdown browser, and after correctly exiting the browser by pressing the x in the bottom right corner, my task manager, touch screen, no longer works and if I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete now it only has Lock and Sign Out as the options. Task manager would no longer come up if I pressed Ctrl + Shift + Esc, the option was gone from right-clicking on the taskbar and if I tried to run it from Win + R and typing Taskmgr, or by using the start menu, it said Task Manager is disabled by your administrator, and yes I was on the admin account. Task manager was easy, I re-enabled it in registry editor and it works fine, but with the touchscreen, all I have tried is uninstalling it out of device manager and rebooting to add it back but it did nothing, however, the touchscreen, task manager and Ctrl + alt + Delete screen all work perfectly fine on my other admin account on my laptop, and touch works when i am signed out of all accounts fully and I am on the lock screen. I have absolutely zero idea on where to start with the Security options (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) menu, my entire school IT Department is stumped too. I have tried entering and exiting the browser again, as well as uninstalling it and rebooting, but this had no effect. On the actual day of my Naplan testing I have permission from my school IT Department to do the test in a VM but i still need my touch and security options back.

**EDIT** I Have also noticed now that multi-touch no longer works on my trackpad, I can do 1 finger taps and 2 finger taps, as well as normal mouse movements but no 3 finger or 4 finger gestures.
