Windows 10: Issues with UI in Windows 11

I get some weird things in my computer if I leave it for a while when I come back the icons in the taskbar are not showing but are clickable to fix it I need to restart or end the explorer.exe task and run it again another thing is when trying to shut down I can click the windows logo and go to power and the buttons there won't press and right-clicking the desktop I can't press any of the options there either. So what makes these issues happen also what is the other .exe so I can at least restart it without doing a system restart?The image below is without the issue I am hovering over the shut

Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

I performed steps 1-7 listed in the Windows 11 tab of the link you posted. After the restart, the taskbar still does not interact with the mouse along with other UI elements.

 

Issues with UI scaling on only parts of the UI

I turned on my Windows 10 system to discover a weird issue with the UI where portions of the UI is massive and much of the rest of the UI is normal. The system was shut down the night prior through the start menu with no issues. Yes, the ui scale is set to 100% in the start menu and the resolution is set correctly.
Things that are too large:

• Chrome Tab Ribbon (but not the URL)
  
• desktop icon text
  
• most of file explorer
  
• right click on desktop menu
  

Things that appear normal:

• chrome body section
  
• taskbar
  
• the settings menu
  
• most other programs

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
