Windows 10: Issues with WFP engine in Windows 11 24H2 26100.2033 and later

Hi,If this question is not suited for this community, please point me to the correct one.I develop the app which uses WFP Windows Filtering Platform capabilities to block UDP traffic for certain applications.Particularly I add a set of network filters using WFP API.The WFP related functionality works perfectly on Windows 10 and Windows 11 before 24H2.On Windows 11 before 24H2 the very strange thing happens: if a blocked app creates a socket with UDP, then all UDP connections hang in the whole system including DNS resolution, can be easily checked with ping any hostname or nsl
