Windows 10: Issues with Windows 10 after migrating hard drive

Hello, System Information:Windows 10 v22H2 OS Build 19045.4651ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E moboZotac RTX2080Intel i7-9600kTrident ram 16x4Crucial P3 4TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD currently in primary M.2 slot, used as C:/ driveSome 500GB HP M.2 NVMe previous C:/ drive in the second M.2 slotEver since I migrated my C:/ drive from my old 500GB NVMe to the new 4TB a few months ago, I have had continued issues with Windows on the new drive. I think there must be some type of fragmentation in the drive going on and I'll have to migrate again with a totally different third drive, nuke the big one, and try to m

Device not migrated (hard drive)

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
