Windows 10: Issues with Windows 10. Laptop sleeping randomly

I have an MSI G63 Stealth Pro 7thGen. Recently my laptop has been going in to sleep randomly, the programs are still on in the background but the screen goes black and fans turn off. Mostly when I'm gaming but it can even happen when on chrome. I have intel XTU always open and it says around the time of the sleep the CPU usage spikes. I'm not sure if this spike is what's causing the seeping or if it is another result of something that is causing it. the odd thing is I cant find what program or task is using that much cpu. I have turned off all of the auto sleep timers and nothing has changed.

Random sleeping

My upgraded W10 machine has several issues NOT solved by MS updates.

• Randomly goes to sleep.
  • Checked Computer randomly going to sleep while using it, trouble starting up and computer freezes a lot
  • Not fixed.
• Scheduled maintenance fails
  • Suggested solution DID NOTHING

• Wake up task does NOT run
  • Suggested solution DID NOT solve issue
  • Wakeup task not working in Windows10

Does anyone have a solution to these issues that will work?
