Windows 10: Issues with Windows 11 and KB5031354

Hello! I have some issues with the update! I'm using a laptop Legion 5 15ARH7H, after installing the last "awesome" updates today Windows 11 Version 22H2, updates KB5031354 and KB5031323 I have 2 significant issues!First of all, my USB-C ports have stopped working, and when I'm using the connected display DELL G2422HS only Win-P, shown on the 2nd screen, the screen backlight of the laptop is still turned on! How can I fix this? Help!

2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354) install error

Every time I go to install the 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354) it takes forever to download and fails to install at around 35-40% mark giving me a 0x800f081f error.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
